Senator Boxer’s Energy Plan: Sue ‘Em

California Senator Barbara Boxer says she has the answer for high gas prices… sue.  Sue OPEC, sue the oil companies, sue speculators.  It's no surprise that someone like Boxer is relying on the courts to lower gas prices.  It's how the Dems try to enact all their policies.  Add that to the Democrat’s other proposals and we have a tax and sue approach to energy “independence.”  As soon as they invent a car that runs on tax forms and legal briefs, we’ll be in business...
